One of the sexiest women out there, Jessica Alba, and her boyfriend of two-and-a-half years, music producer Cash Warren, reportedly broke up over the phone.

According to US Magazine, which broke the news first, the 26-year-old actress was abroad over the weekend promoting her latest movie, "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer," when she gave 28-year-old Warren a call and told him she wasn’t in love with him anymore.

Little after the phone call, a representative for Alba packed up all of Warren’s stuff from the Los Angeles home they shared, and moved him out.

Warren, who was named the "Luckiest Bastard" of 2007 by Spike TV for dating Alba, is said to be distraught. A source told US Weekly, the split "happened . . . almost out of nowhere." According to Warren, such a sudden move could only mean there is someone else.

"[Cash] thinks it's for another guy but doesn't know....he's totally devastated. But it was all her," the source added.  

Alba began dating Warren in 2005, when he was an assistant to director Tim Story on the set of "Fantastic Four." For the next period of time, the two were inseparable and last year, rumors were they even had marriage plans.

"He might The One," she told Cosmopolitan’s March 2005 issue. "The first week that we kind of got together, he gave me a note and signed it with a dollar sign, because his name is Cash. It just said, ‘I really, really like you.’ And that was exactly how I felt at the time."

The “Sin City” actress has previously admitted she found it difficult to maintain a successful movie career and a happy love life.

"Just being an actress and being in a relationship is tough - I don't recommend it," she said.

The former couple was last seen together two weeks ago at Eva Longoria’s wedding with Tony Parker, in Paris.
