Jennifer Garner is one of America’s sweetest actresses. Born on April 17th, 1972, the actress is known to the public fir impersonating a CIA agent on the popular hit show Alias, but also for her part as an eager adoptive mother in Juno, a girl who finds herself suddenly turned into a 30-year-old woman in 13 Going On 30. Also, Jennifer Garner had superb performances in Pearl Harbor, Catch Me If You Can, Daredevil, Elektra, Catch and Release, The Kingdom and even the pop-cult comedy Dude, Where’s My Car.
Recently, Jennifer Garner has gone through a traumatizing experience concerning a stalker. The stress induced by the situation is even more dangerous to the 33-year-old actress, as she is currently pregnant. It is a widely known fact that during pregnancy, women must avoid any kind of stress or anger-causing situations.
Jennifer Garner decided to sue her stalker and ask for a court restriction order. The hearing took place in Los Angeles, but neither the actress, Jennifer Garner, nor her stalker, Steven Burky, aged 36, attended the hearing. The judge, Richard Drico, was familiar to the accusations brought by Jennifer Garner to the supposed stalker. There was no hesitation in his decision to grant the actress the much coveted restriction order. Moreover, the judge stated that he didn’t need any documents from the plaintiff’s part, as he considered her declaration to be a reason strong enough to entail the warranting of a restriction order. The order is available for three years.
Steven Burky has been stalking Jennifer Garner since the year of 2002. Apparently, he thinks he was the victim of satanic rituals during the time he was a child, and is now a born-again Christian. He has been a drifter for some time now, desperate in his attempt to find the actress and meet her. His methods of harassing included the classic, yet still creepy, love letters. These letters, however, were filled with religious references.
