During her appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' show, newly wedded Jenna Bush, reportedly invited Ellen to use her father's ranch in Crawford for her pending same-sex nuptials with longtime girlfriend, actress Portia de Rossi.
Together with her mom Laura Bush, Mrs. Jenna Hager dished on her recent wedding while Ellen praised the ranch as a very private and great place to "get married."
"It looked like nobody could fly over and get pictures or bother you, really," DeGeneres noted.
"Yeah," Jenna replied, "that was really nice."
"So, can we borrow it for our wedding," DeGeneres quipped. "Can we get the ranch?"
"Sure," Jenna agreed, also telling Ellen that her May 10 wedding was special because they kept it small. Jenna explained she didn't want to have to introduce herself to people at her own wedding.
U.S. President George W. Bush's daughter and Henry Hager, 30, exchanged vows before nearly 200 guests on the 1,600-acre ranch. Jenna’s twin sister, Barbara, was maid of honor and 14 other women were in her "house party." The best man was the groom’s brother.
