As Britney Spears seems to be cleaning up her act, walking around sober and not dropping her children, it’s her sister’s turn to be on the front covers of tabloids. After the media frenzy created around her pregnancy, when accusatory judgments were passed by the public, and after Lynne Spears was fuming that Americans showed support to Sarah Palin’s daughter (also a teenage mom) but not for her Jamie Lynn, rumors are starting to spread about Jamie’s fiancé, Casey Aldridge.

Apparently, the (very) young lad is suspected to have impregnated another girl, and to have cheated on Britney Spear’s little sister with quite a few others. The scandal is the last thing Jamie Lynn and baby Maddie need, but that’s showbiz for you! Kelli Dawson, a former friend of Casey Aldridge, claims that she and Maddie’s father were involved, and have been even after Jamie Lynn gave birth to Maddie.

The tabloids even inferred that Casey got Kelli pregnant, too. Both Casey and Jamie Lynn deny the rumors about the relationship, and Jamie Lynn went as far as saying that Kelli Dawson has been known to fabricate such stories before. Whitney Seals is another girl who claims to have dated Casey. Jamie Lynn blames these rumors on the small town bandwagoning or sheep syndrome: it’s enough for one to do it for the others to follow.

There have also been voices that said the two youngsters (aged 16 – Jamie Lynn and 19 – Casey) are being forced into this marriage to reduce the shame of having a child out of wedlock and at such an early age. The couple denies these rumors as well, stating that they are happy and that marriage was their decision entirely. We are waiting for what is bound to be a beautiful wedding and we’re all eager to see in what direction their marriage will be heading.
