Sharon Osbourne is being investigated by the Los Angeles police for minor battery after Megan Hauserman's claims that Ozzy's wife attacked her during a taping of their reality show, "Rock of Love: Charm School."

The VH1 show’s host, Sharon Osbourne, reportedly got into a fight with contestant Megan Hauserman, a former Playboy Cyber Girl. According to TMZ, Hauserman said that Osbourne became angry during the taping of the special, allegedly running across the stage, grabbing the contestant by the hair and continuing to pull her hair and scratch at her until security separated them.

A more subjective side of the story says that the incident was apparently triggered when Hauserman said that Osbourne was only famous for her relationship with "a brain-dead rock star." That would be none other than Ozzy Osbourne, always full of surprises but still legendary singer for "Black Sabbath."

But rumor has it that the two were at loggerheads long before the reunion episode. After Hauserman was booted off the show, losing out on a chance to win $100,000, Osborne had to say the following about the blonde: "She does have a pretty damn good body, but no f---ing brain. Her brain is between her legs."

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said Osbourne is a suspect in a "minor battery" but no charges have yet been filed. Osbourne's spokesperson has yet to comment.

The irony of this whole situation lies in the fact that “Rock of Love: Charm School” gives contestants the chance to learn the rules of etiquette in a bid to win a cash prize. Etiquette?? Very funny, indeed.
