In the past several weeks, pictures of the skinny "The Simple Life" star have emerged showing her sporting what looks like a baby bump. According to US reports, Nicole Richie is not only pregnant but also engaged to her boyfriend, Good Charlotte member, Joel Madden.

The two sparked serious rumors at a recent party where Madden kept his arm around Nicole all night and continuously asked her if she was OK.

According to the paper, the 25-year-old reality show star ate everything on her plate and avoided alcohol - "a first for her".

It wouldn’t be just that, but Nicole was also wearing a large diamond on her ring finger, "It was one big rock surrounded by more diamonds," a source told the New York Post.

Some reports claim that Nicole is actually trying to avoid jail, and pregnancy is her ticket out, in case she’ll get convicted for DUI.
