"Project Runaway" host and model Heidi Klum is the latest celebrity to speak out on helping the troubled pop singer get back on track.

"She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months. I would help set her straight," Klum told broadcaster ARD in an interview set to air Monday in Germany, the Associated Press reported.

"I am sorry when a young person gets thrown so off track. She has, of course, lived an extremely wild life," the 34-year-old mother of three, added.

Britney Spears has been recently placed under her father’s conservatorship after she lost the custody of her children as well as visitation privileges and got hospitalized for bipolar disorder. Conservatorships are established when a court determines that someone cannot take care of themselves or their affairs.

"I have never been as happy as I am today," Klum, who lives with her husband Seal in Beverly Hills, said. "I have found the man of my life and we have three great kids. They are all so different and fantastic that it really can't get better than this."

The 26-year-old singer is currently living with her parents in her own home, and was spotted during the weekend having dinner with her father at Social Hollywood.

Most recently, a lawyer claiming to represent Britney filed a motion in Los Angles District Court lashing out at the existent conservatorship as a "violation of [Britney’s] civil rights," and requested the case be moved from California state court to a federal court.

"I see the case as a civil rights case," he was quoted by People as saying. "These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth."
