The hacker of Miley Cyrus’s e-mail account who bragged about the fact that authorities won’t get him was seized by FBI agents. The 19-year-old hacker posted some racy photos of the young Disney starlet.
The young hacker, Josh Holly, had been bragging about how he got the photos by hacking the 15-year-old singer’s e-mail account. In some interviews to bloggers, Holly showed off and probably angered authorities. The teenager bragged about the fact that he moved so often that authorities have no clue where he was. Wrong move…
Holly was also the one that “bragged” about how the FBI agents found him on Monday, raided his Murfreesboro, Tennessee apartment and seized three computers and a phone. Holly wasn’t arrested or charged, he told Wired.com.
"I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard," he told Wired.com. "I guess somebody ended up ratting me out."
The Federal Bureau of Investigation did not comment on this case.
"This is an ongoing investigation and we appreciate the efforts of the FBI.," said Cyrus' attorney, William Sobel.
The young hacker posted some pictures of Miley Cyrus on his blog in August. The young singer was in half-dress states. Holly also called to radio station KKFR in Phoenix, Ariz., under the screen name TrainReq and bragged about how easy it was to get access to the singer’s e-mail account and to several other accounts. However, the teen did write on his blog that he doesn’t hate Miley or anything of that sort and that he doesn’t want to hurt her.
The half-dressed photos of Miley Cyrus weren’t purchased by the celebrity orientated media sources due to the illegal manner in which they were obtained. Holly aired them and spread them all over the Webosphere.
