Jessica Simpson, the former “Newlyweds” star and ex-wife of Nick Lachey showed off on Sunday her noticeably fuller curves onstage during a performance at the Radio 99.9 Kiss Country's annual Chili Cookoff in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Pop star-turned-country singer told Harpers Bazaar magazine that she prefers a woman to be curvy than super-skinny. Therefore, a close friend of hers told OK magazine that Jessica was very happy with her fuller figure.
Wearing a high-waist pair of jeans, a leopard-print belt and low-cut tank, the 28-year-old singer dedicated the song "You're My Sunday" to Tony Romo, her boyfriend, making sure, at the same time, that there was not a soul left not to know the fact that her sweetheart was a football player who takes up her Sundays and Mondays. She also told the 30,000 people gathered to the show how extremely happy she was and how excited she was that they were going to meet later in the night, as if anyone actually cared.
The lucky life partner of the new shaped blonde singer is Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who was waiting for her to wrap things up at the show in Dallas. How sweet of him!
Jessica Simpson began gaining weight around the start of her tour causing rumors that she might be expecting her first child with Romo. But rumors turned out to be nothing but rumors, the couple was not having any baby, it was just Jessica getting fat, that’s all.
After the show, the songbird had a brief meeting with about 25 fans of all ages in a secret tent set up in the back of the park. She was all smiley and radiant in front of those who had won a contest to meet her and take photos with her, even if she was kind of in a hurry to catch a 5:45 p.m. flight to Dallas to get together with her sweetheart.
