The third season of Friday Night Lights will start being aired on NBC to the delight of its many, many fans. The show deals with a high school football team based in an imaginary town set in Texas. The focus of the show is on the coach of the Dillon Panthers and his family, exposing a plot line that is truly fantastic.

The show uses the concept of families in small towns in order to expose, in the most subtle of ways, the flaws present in contemporary Middle America. The show was praised by critics and has received good reviews from everybody.

The third season will start on Friday on NBC and it is supposed to be quite a show, bringing back some of the events from the past series and keeping viewers on the edge of their seats.

Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton, playing the football coach and his wife, act brilliantly and seem to fit their characters perfectly. It is crucial that a TV series to have quality acting, as the personality of the characters are what attracts the affection of the public. Most of the very popular TV series are based on very well engineered characters, played wonderfully by the actors recruited to play them.

Though Friday Night Lights doesn’t enjoy a huge fan base, it makes up through quality and excellent recommendations from TV critics. This show is a must watch, for those wanting to be entertained by an excellent plot and brilliant acting.
