Folks, eternity has come to an end: 3D Realms, that magical land where time passes slower than anywhere else in the Universe, have finally announced that the first teaser-trailer with our favorite alien-ass kicking, chick-saving blond hero is about to emerge.

I really wanted to call my article “Dupe Nukem Forever”, but after seeing that George Brussard himself confirmed the news I thought “hey, let’s (still) give’em a chance”… How many chances did they have from us since 2001? I stopped counting when Prey came out…

Anyway, these are the words of the big-boss, posted on 3D Realms’ site, which got us drooling and counting minutes:

“Guys just to manage expectations...

This is a teaser. It's not a full blown trailer like the 2001 trailer (but something like that is coming). I tried to be clear about that in the message board post, so just bear in mind that it's a teaser :)

Enjoy.”

So… we can hope for even more DNF content?!... Oh, wait, we’ve been having the same hopes for like 6 years, and all we get is a “when it’s done”…

But S.T.A.L.K.E.R. came out , right?... And, yes, the picture is taken from the teaser...
