Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of attacking yet another clubgoer, this time allegedly over a woman.

Sean Combs and 31-year-old Steven Acevedo reportedly had an altercation over the weekend in New York, over a woman they are apparently both interested in.

The New York Post reports that Acevedo was at the club Kiosk in SoHo early Saturday morning – and so was the rapper – when the incident occurred. The paper quotes sources that say the two argued over “a striking blonde” Diddy is currently dating.

Acevedo, who is in the clothing business in Manhattan, according to the Post, reportedly used to date the woman. This summer however, she turned to Diddy and even accompanied him to Cannes, says the Post. She was not at the club when the fight took place.

Police officers were busy interviewing witnesses Monday after Acevedo claimed that Diddy punched him twice in the face and threatened, “I’ll Kill you, punk.” Acevedo also said one of the rapper’s bodyguards lifted his shirt so as to warn he had a gun.

Police officers are currently investigating whether Diddy’s bodyguard was armed.

The 37-year-old will be charged with a misdemeanor - third-degree assault - and given a desk-appearance ticket for his role in the incident, sources told the NY Post. He will not face jail time, they said.

Earlier this month, Diddy was sued by NYC nightclub promoter James Waldon who claims the rap mogul’s bodyguards violently and unnecessarily attacked him at New York hotspot “The Box.”

Upon attempting to say “Hi” to the rapper, said Waldon, Diddy gestured to his bodyguards to “forcibly remove” him. The promoter claims the bodyguards punched and kicked him, leaving him with “bruises, contusions, lacerations ... and injuries to his mouth and his teeth,” the lawsuit reads.

TMZ reported at the time that Waldon sued Diddy and his entourage for $4 million, asking the court to award him an additional $500,000 from “The Box.”

Diddy and longtime, on and off girlfriend Kim Porter broke up earlier this year, when their twin girls were barely six months old. They welcomed twin baby girls Jessie James and D'Lila Star last December.

The couple also has a 9-year-old son, Christian. Combs has two more children from two previous relationships, a 13-year-old son, Justin, with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim, and has been a father to Porter's son, Quincy.

In early October, Diddy also acknowledged fathering a child with another woman during his relationship with Porter. The rapper had persistently denied speculation that 15-month-old Chance, fathered with Atlanta resident Sarah Chapman, was in fact his offspring. He wanted to be certain of the baby’s paternity and so waited for DNA tests to give the verdict.
