Leonardo DiCaprio was in danger of becoming famous for just one part in his career, namely that of Jack, in blockbuster Titanic. However, he was both lucky and talented enough to land a couple more memorable roles that allowed him to build a strong career. Other movies he starred in were The Man in the Iron Mask, The Beach, Gangs of New York, Catch Me If You Can, The Aviator, The Departed, Blood Diamond, Body of Lies or Revolutionary Road.

 

The next character that will be played by Leonardo DiCaprio will apparently be inducted into the witness protection program. More precisely, DiCaprio is closer than ever to getting the starring role in the up-coming movie Beat the Reaper. The movie is centered on a hitman that gives up his occupation and goes into hiding in Manhattan, where he poses as a doctor in an emergency room. However, his whole cover is blown after a member of the Mafia recognizes him.

 

Except for acting in the movie, DiCaprio is also co-producing Beat the Reaper. The actor is confident in his acting skills, as his last movie was widely acclaimed by reviewers. This last movie was special not only for the starring actors, Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, but also for die-hard Titanic fans.

 

Luckily, the two rose up and even exceeded expectations, and hopes are high for the new movie DiCaprio will star in.
