“X-Files” star actor David Duchovny has reportedly checked out of sexual rehabilitation and is now back in the arms of his beautiful wife and ready to start working on his projects.
The two left all their troubles behind and posed for a photograph at the New York Czech Festival on the Upper East Side on Saturday. The 48-year-old actor had checked in the rehabilitation program on August after realizing that he was a sex addict. He received treatment at the Meadows, a treatment center in Wickenburg, Ariz.. The rehabilitation program was of 35 days.
Duchovny, famous for his roles in "Californication" and “The X-Files,” will reportedly start working on his next project: "The Joneses." The movie was scheduled to be released in 2009.
"David has successfully completed his rehabilitation. David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie," Duchovny’s lawyer Stanton "Larry" Stein added.
David Duchovny is currently playing the role of a troubled Los Angeles novelist named Hank Moody. Ironically enough, the character he plays in “Californication” is also a sex addict. Moody has a tough time maintaining the relationship with his girlfriend on track despite the fact that his sexual escapades don’t help him on bit.
In January, Duchovny won a Golden Globe Award for this role. The actor is married to actress Tea Leoni and they have two children together. The two tied the knot in 1997.
