Dannielynn probably won’t remember this when she’s older but her dad, Larry Birkhead, is preparing a 1st anniversary party fit for a princess – literally.

Her mom, model, actress and talk show host Anna Nicole Smith, has passed away, her older brother has passed away – at least she still has her father to take care of her. And dad Larry Birkhead wants to spoil his baby girl with a lavish party for her first birthday.

The New York Daily News reports that Birkhead is preparing a princess-themed celebration in a Kentucky mansion where at least 200 guests have been invited on September 8, the girl’s birthday.

Birkhead and Anna Nicole Smith first met at Tricia Barnstable Brown's Louisville manor, and that is exactly where Dannielynn will have her celebration in a couple of weeks.

This little girl will have the attention of the press for a long time, as is evident on the occasion her first party.

“Larry knew he wanted a princess theme from the start,” invitation designer Dawson Bullock told In Touch Weekly.

“He chose a tiara and wand invitation, and the front reads 'Princess Dannielynn.' When we first showed little Dannielynn the invitation, her whole face lit up! She is absolutely adorable!”

Dannielynn came into a troubled world. Just days after she was born in Nassau, Bahamas, her 20-year-old brother Daniel Smith died of a drug overdose. Anna never really recovered from the loss of her son.

Barely six months later, she herself passed away of a “combined drug intoxication,” mainly from sleeping drugs. She was only 39.

A lengthy legal battle ensued, with former partner Larry Birkhead and current partner Howard K. Stern both claiming to be the father of Dannielynn. Birkhead was eventually ruled as the little girl’s biological father, after DNA tests were performed. He received custody.
