Julianne Hough is a fighter. The professional dancer may have a delicate physique, but don't let it fool you. Julianne proved she has a fighter’s spirit when she chose not to interrupt the "Dancing With the Stars" by canceling her performance although she was experiencing an excruciating stomach pain. She proved it once more that she is a tough chick on Tuesday on her Fancast when she proved she had a very positive attitude about the laparoscopic appendectomy she was going to undergo later that day.
"I’m not worried. I'm feeling good," she wrote on her blogg.
Also that day, she made public the fact that she has been diagnosed with endometriosis. The two-time “Dancing With the Stars” winner also detailed what happened last week during the show. Shortly after the show, she had told her fans on Fancast that she went through a severe stomach ache. It was so severe that she "curled up in a ball" backstage after the show.
“I'm a trooper [sic]. I didn't tell anyone. I didn't want to be dramatic about things," she wrote.
However, now she said that it was more than “just a tummy ache.” After the trip to the hospital, Julianne Hough found out that it was a ruptured cyst on her ovary.
“I didn’t know but I have endometriosis. I’ve apparently had it for a long time because I’ve had this pain for about the last five years. It hasn’t been as bad. Up till last week, I let it go and I was always too busy to get it checked out. But because it happened when I was on set, they made me go to the doctor," blogged Julianne.
Well, thank God “they” finally sent her to see a doctor. The doctors will now clean Julianne’s cysts and take out her appendix as well because later on it can be affected by the cysts.
