Tuesday night, the seventh season of the dancing competition show “Dancing With The Stars” reached its end and crowned 37-year-old model-actress Brooke Burke champion.
At hearing her name announced as winner of the show, Burke burst into tears and finally let the bottled up for 10 weeks emotional charge take over her. As for her partner on the show professional dancer Derek Hough, he was left dumb with astonishment, stating he simply couldn’t believe they had won the competition.
While Derek’s girlfriend took photo after photo of her champion boyfriend, Brooke’s fiancé David Charvet also shed some tears when his significant other was crowned, he and the couple’s two daughters having all been present for the season finale to cheer Burke on.
Runner-up Warren Sapp, a former NFL football player, was followed by former ‘NSync member Lance Bass. The latter congratulated the winning team and said that Burke and Hough really deserved to win, adding he was happy for Brooke.
Nevertheless, for Bass, the season finale was not actually the end of his 10 weeks DWTS saga, since he and partner Lacey Schwimmer will be performing on the show’s tour, to which the singer referred as a vacation, since they would not be reviewed by judges and the dances to be performed would be the same every night.
Tuesday night, when DWTS season 7 was ending, judge Bruno Tonioli was beginning a new chapter of his life, the 53rd one, to be precise, since as crowd warmer Corey Almeida revealed to the audience during a commercial break, Tonioli was celebrating his birthday.
