Because of her nuts acting, Britney Spears, 26, has lost custody of her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James since January 2008. Kevin Federline, their father, has brought up the children by himslf since then.

Federline’s attorney, Kaplan, said for the E! Online that his client „is seeking to maintain the sole legal and physical custody that he presently has”.

But the two parents met on Thursday for an all-day mediation. Unfortunalety, by the end of it, they couldn’t reach a compromise, so the trial in August will still take place. Federline’s goal is that Britney could be again involved in their kids lives, just not in the same important way he is.

Since then, Britney is permitted overnight visitation with her sons and two daytime visits each week. It seems that Federline won’t give up his children for his ex-wife. That’s a hell of a problem for an pop-star like her!

The trial that will take place in August will determine the two primary problems: custody and visitations. Britney’s acting has shown her psyhically problems and her incapacity to bring up her own children.

That’s why Federline wants the children fulltime, and also the ability to be involved both in their lives and their education, in a substantial way.

Both will have to wait until August to see the judge’s decision, but there are slight chances for Britney to get back her kids.
