It appears that Chris Brown is prepared to get his life back on track.

 

After advertisements featuring the 19-year-old musician were cancelled by numerous companies, Chris Brown seems to be capable to work things out for both his career and his troubled personal life.

 

Not only did the R&B singer reconcile with Rihanna, but he also spent several nights recording songs for a new album. The couple, who have gone through very rough times during the past weeks due to a February 8 incident in which Chris Brown allegedly assaulted his fellow singer girlfriend, are currently spending quality time together at one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ residences on Miami Beach’s Star Island, People magazine announced on its Web site.

 

In addition, E! News reported online that Chris Brown has been staying up all night long at the Hit Factory recording studio in Miami working on tracks for an upcoming album, since the artist has not recorded a disc since 2007’s chart-topper “Exclusive,” which brought the musician a Grammy nod for “Kiss Kiss.” As luck would have it, Chris Brown lost out on that Grammy in favor of his girlfriend, Rihanna, who won the award for her breakout single “Umbrella.”

 

In spite of the fact that several sources reported that Chris Brown had been spotted partying at the Gansevoort South hotel with Reggie Bush and Khloe Kardashian on Saturday night, it appears that the young singer is clear of guilt this time. Khloe Kardashian wrote on her blog that she has never met Chris Brown and that the reports regarding her hanging out with the R&B star were “ridiculous.” However, a source close to the socialite told People magazine that “Reggie’s best friend looks like Chris Brown,” thus shedding light on a case of mistaken celebrity identity.

 

Other sources told the publication that Brown, who was snapped riding a Jet Ski during his stay in Miami, “continues to be reflective, spending time with Rihanna, staying close to home and working on his music.”

 

The couple apparently picked up on their relationship once again after Chris Brown called Rihanna about two weeks ago so as to congratulate her for her 21^st birthday.  With regard to the reconciliation, Rihanna’s dad admitted that he supported the “Disturbia” performer in whatever decision she made.

Ronald Fenty informed People during a telephone call that he was “behind” his daughter on “whatever road she chooses.” Moreover, he said that he had not heard of Rihanna since last month, when they celebrated her anniversary and confessed he had only found out about the reunion via media reports. He explained that his family was united in spite of the fact that they “are apart,” adding that his daughter was a “smart girl.” Nevertheless, Ronald Fenty would not comment on the attitude of Chris Brown.
