A new Rosie O’Donnell “enemy” emerged on Thursday during a press conference for “American Gladiators” when the show’s future host, wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan, took on Rosie after a reporter asked him who he’d like to see a Gladiator pummel. His answer: “Without a doubt Rosie O'Donnell. Somebody needs to shut that big mouth up,” TMZ reported.

O’Donnell, who hosted her own daytime talk show for six years, before joining ABC’s “The View” for less than one year, from 2006 to 2007, replied to Hogan’s remarks on her blog.

It’s not so long since tycoon-turned-media mogul Donald Trump engaged in a highly publicized dispute with the former “View” co-host after she picked on him for not firing troubled Miss USA Tara Conner. The scandal took proportions as the two continued to call each other names publicly.

In the meantime, The Hulkster’s is also dealing with other kind of issues including his divorce from his wife of 25 years, Linda Hogan, and his son’s tragic car crash which left a friend of his in a permanent vegetative state, as the car he was driving slammed into a tree while racing.

“I had some crazy days, and some things that caught me off guard,” the former star of VH-1’s “Hogan Knows Best,” admitted at the press conference.

“[I’m] riding the highs, surviving the lows, and leaning into the wind. It’s all an attitude thing to me. Being positive and knowing that things are going to get better.”

Hogan’s other concern besides O’Donnell is “my son, and his situation with the boy in the car,” he added. “Everything seems to be getting better in that situation.”
