For Jennifer Lopez’s fans, the fact that the singer is pregnant is not a secret anymore. The juicy part is that the news was not revealed by J. Lo herself or her representatives, but by the fashion designer Roberto Cavalli.

It is believed that the news was let out in the open probably without Jennifer’s permission this Tuesday, when the fashion genius was answering some questions for People magazine.

When asked what other clothes he will be designing for the 38-year-old singer, Cavalli answered very quickly: “Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby.”

He also added to the readers’ delight: “It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger.”

Cavalli also stressed the idea that most celebrities want clothes in which they can feel comfortable on stage: “The thing about Jennifer Lopez, she is a singer, she is a dancer. Most of the time when I prepare something for the tour, the performer, they want something very soft so they can dance and so they can move free.”

Cavalli has designed multiple loose-fitting outfits for the 38-year-old singer who is now on a joint with her husband Marc Anthony. These outfits were intriguing for audiences and critics alike from the beginning, as it appeared to be such a different approach from her previous stage performances.

Some also noted Jennifer’s cautious dance moves and the absence of high-heeled shoes.

When asked about Cavalli’s remarks, Jennifer’s representatives did not comment upon them, People.com reports.
