Burnout Paradise To Be Re-Released On PSN This Fall

Criterion Games will release its racing game, Burnout Paradise, a downloadable title for PlayStation 3. Starting this fall, Burnout Paradise will be available on PlayStation Network through PlayStation Store for only $29.99.

Burnout Paradise was already released for Xbox 360 and PS3 in January this year. The tile has won the Best Racing Game from the 2007 Game Critics Awards.

Burnout Paradise offers Open World Freedom and the players have an entire virtual city, Paradise City, available to experience the driving in Burnout style.

In addition, the game offers an online mode, thanks to which the player will see his friends online with the EasyDrive Friends List and connect with them instantly without having to wait or exit the game.
You can battle up to seven of your friends and grab their Mugshots, or join forces to complete more than 300 online challenges.

In single-player mode, the gamers can choose from events like Race, Marked Man, Road Rage, and Stunt to demonstrate their driving skills.

The action isn’t forced any longer, as players have the freedom to start and even end a challenge at their leisure.

Criterion Games have released already new update for the game, which is available as downloadable pack through the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE. The new update includes three new game modes, new cars and 70 new multi-part challenges, extending the game with hours of new gameplay.

Also Criterion said a another update is scheduled for this fall and it will include trophy support and motorcycles free of charge.

In May, Criterion Games announced that Burnout™ Paradise is being rebuilt specifically for the PC and it will be the first Burnout title ever made for the PC, customized with expanded multiplayer, enhanced online features, and community driven content.
