Britney Spears Seems To Have Cleared Up Her Life

In an interview with OK! magazine, former pop icon Britney Spears said she had been looking forward to spending more time with her family, and that she couldn’t wait for her two sons to meet their baby cousin, the daughter of the singer’s sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. Britney informed OK! magazine that her sister will pay her a visit for the kids’ birthdays and that it would be the first time her sons met Maddie, who was born on June 19.

Furthermore, Britney Spears told OK! magazine that she preferred her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James stayed out of showbiz but “I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to,” the 26-year-old pop star said in her first interview since losing custody of her kids to former husband Kevin Federline. “I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood,” she added.

In what concerns her sister getting pregnant at the early age of 16, Spears said “I was shocked a little bit. She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling.”

Following a relatively long period of custody battles, ruptures and major breakdowns, Spears explained that her relationships with all family members was relaxed and enjoyable. Furthermore, she said that she was getting along very well with her father Jamie who has been in charge of her personal and professional issues as her legal conservator.

The singer, who lost the custody of her children last year, was granted extra visits with her two kids after settling an agreement with her ex-husband last month. Her father told OK! magazine that “If this hadn’t happened, I would never have been able to get back with my daughter and have this relationship I have with these two little boys.”

Britney can be seen bright and glowing in the promotional ads for the upcoming MTV VMAs. In addition to this, MTV reported that they were considering a Britney Spears performance at this year’s September 7 ceremony.

Britney also talked about her forthcoming album, which she said was due for release “in six to nine months.” “I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room... This is my best work ever,” she told OK!.
