Instead of partying with friends at some celebrity night club in Los Angeles or Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, Britney Spears joined her family at her older brother Bryan's wedding to their younger sister's manager, Graciella Sanchez.
Bryan Spears, 31, and Graciella Sanchez, 36, who were newly engaged, exchanged vows in front of close family and friends in New Orleans. The even was planned one week in advance and according to People, it was only for close family – "very small and intimate."
The pair had been friends for a very long time before they started dating a year ago. The two have enjoyed a low-key romance away from the recent troubles of the Spears family. Bryan has been working with Jamie Lynn Spears to help with Britney’s rehabilitation and was recently awarded $200,000 for his services. He also produced one of Jamie Lynn’s "Zoey 101" show. Graciella, who graduated from Yale in 1994, has been working at One Talent Management which she helped found.
"The family was totally excited," a friend of the family was quoted by the mag as saying. "Graciella's wonderful. Everybody was happy about it."
It's not just the eldest of the Spears children who has found love, according to rumors, Britney herself is happy to have a new man in her life, Indian choreographer Sandip Soparrkar.
The "Womanizer" songstress reportedly hosted a small party for her family and had Sandip fly in from India to meet Britney's parents. Sources said the gathering went exceptionally well and Britney is determined to make the relationship work.
