Troubled singer Britney Spears does not eat for two, as it was previously reported by In Touch Weekly magazine, a friend of Britney’s claims.
Contrary to what could have been one of the most shocking news about Britney, the pop singer isn’t expecting music producer J.R. Rotem’s baby.
According to her pal Sam Lufti, In Touch Weekly’s cover story, which claims that Britney is four months pregnant with her third child, is all "just BS. Big Lie," he texted to Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show just after 7:30 a.m. as he and Britney were driving back from her all-night "Piece of Me" video shoot at Social Hollywood.
"Don't know who made it up. J.R. doesn't even know what's up. It's fake. Completely fake. We just wrapped her video. Going home to sleep."
In another text message, Lufti explained why he couldn’t be reached by phone immediately after he texted Seacrest.
"Sorry can't answer, we're dodging paps," Lufti wrote. "They're trying to kill us, otherwise I'd talk."
This isn’t the first time in tabloid history when it has been reported that Britney was pregnant with her third baby, but it would be the first to have a confirmation from the father.
"It’s true," J.R. exclusively told the magazine when asked about Britney’s pregnancy.
"She seems convinced that having another baby will turn her life around — and she believes that J.R. will make a great father," the mag also reported. "She does like having a man in her life."
Apparently, the "Toxic" singer, who turns 26 on Sunday, reportedly emailed close friends a copy of her baby's ultrasound on November 16, swearing her confidantes to secrecy.
However, don’t expect Britney to release a public statement denying the story, which she reportedly "laughed at."
"If she were to give a statement about every lie, she'd be giving statements forever," Lufti added.
In the meantime, Britney, who lost custody of her two sons she has with ex-hubby Kevin Federline, will get to spend Christmas morning with Sean Preston and Jayden James, following a judge’s ruling on Monday.
"There was extensive discussion and agreement on the visitation over the holiday period," said Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini. "It's different from the existing [custody] schedule."
