Britney Spears Bringing The Kids On Tour Almost A Done Deal

Britney Spears’ two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, are in for a fun trip and lots of quality time with their mother as they’re set to join the pop singer on her upcoming two-month tour across the country.

Needless to say, Britney has definitely cleaned up her act. The days when she used to drive around aimlessly wearing a pink wig are long gone, her body is in fantastic shape and her career is definitely back on track after the release of her latest album.

And now she’s getting ready to go on a promotional tour kicking off on March 3rd which will cover 33 cities throughout 14 weeks. However, the problem with the tour was that she would have to be away from her boys, which is not an option.

The pop singer’s ex-hubby, Kevin Federline, 30, has primary custody of the boys, ages 3 and 2, but Britney has nearly 50-50 access to them in visitation rights.

According to TMZ, Britney threatened to pull out of her “Circus” tour if Federline's lawyers continued to block an agreement that would allow her to take them on the road.

For weeks, Britney and her father Jamie, who is currently her conservator, have been in talks with Federline to reach a settlement allowing the two boys to travel with their mother on the tour. The problem was that K-Fed’s lawyers objected to the proposed agreement, which includes a special pad for Federline in each location and an extra $4,000 a week during Britney’s tour, because negotiations occurred without their consent.

Bur according to her official website, that issue is solved and “both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour,” a post on her blog wrote.

Sean Preston and Jayden James will be staying in three different locations, New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles, while Britney will travel from her concert venues to where her children are staying each night so that she can spend quality time with them during the day.

With her children definitely on board for the tour, the 27-year-old singer can get back to planning her shows and checking out sketches of costumes.

”Britney is so excited to kick off her tour,” the statement on her blog added. “She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again.”

The “Circus” tour, which is Britney’s first arena tour in five years, will run until June.

”It's sexy, fun, explosive, and full of surprises,” designer Jamie King said referring to Brit’s stage setting for the shows. “While avoiding such traditional circus elements as live animals, we've created something innovative and exciting using contortionists, dancers, lighting, fire and other special effects.”
