For someone who just lost the right to see his or her kids, Britney Spears doesn’t seem affected by it at all, and nothing could stand in her way as she tried to leave a medical building after allegedly getting lip injections two days ago.

The singer, who’s always surrounded and chased by a dozen paparazzi, accidentally drove over the foot of a photographer who got a little too close to Britney’s car.

In a video posted on celebrity gossip website TMZ.com, Britney, who’s already facing hit-and-run charges, can be seen trying to exit the parking lot with one hand on the steering wheel and the other covering her mouth.

As she was trying to avoid a photographer, she nailed another one. She stopped, but didn’t exit the car as other paparazzi yelled "He's okay, he's okay!"

"You could see the tire marks of Britney's car on his foot. He was in a lot of pain and was taken to hospital," an eyewitness said.

Maybe Britney was a little distracted by the fact that a judge had just suspended her visitation rights with her two toddler sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, until she complies with all the rules a judge set for her, including parenting classes, random drug and alcohol tests and counseling.
