The Golden Globes award ceremonies are usually among the most glamorous and are certainly excitedly anticipated all year round. The whole audience gave a standing ovation, and Christopher Nolan delivered a heart-wrenching, somber acceptance speech for the late Heath Ledger.
Two actors that left the ceremony empty-handed are former silver screen favorites, married couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Brad was happy, however, to take a back seat while his stunning wife basked in the limelight.
