Famous TV show “Beverly Hills, 90210” is
coming back to its older fans. And the surprise is that it’s coming back
together with Shannen Doherty, the one who left the show back in the 90s, after
only four seasons.
Still, she
leaves the entire old rumor behind.
Shannen Doherty’s
break-up with the original show might have been in connection with her cast
mates, even if there was nothing to confirm this. In spite of all that really
happened, Doherty gained a bad reputation in front of her fans.
In the new
series, Doherty will still interpret Brenda Walsh and will return to West Beverly
Hills High School
to guest-direct the school’s musical.
“Beverly Hills, 90210” was a popular primetime television
drama series that aired from October 1990 to May 2000, on FOX in the United States
and on numeorus channels around the world. The show presented the lives of a
group of teenagers living in the community of Beverly Hills, California.
They attended
West Beverly Hills High Scholl and the California University.
The creator of the show was Darren Star and the producer was Aaron Spelling,
father of Tori Spelling, one of the actresses in the series.
The “90210”
refers to one of the suburbs’ postal ZIP code.
The CW network
is premiering the famous series, which is set to begin this fall, September 2, with
a two-hour special. The new episodes will focus on the Wilson
family, which is formed of daughter Annie (Shenae Grimes), adopted brother Dixon (Tristan Wilds) and
mom Debbie (Lori Loughlin). They move from Kansas
to Beverly Hills
to take care of Debbie’s mother, who is an alcoholic.
