At Least 41 Killed In Bus Crash In Lesotho

At least 41 people were killed when a bus crashed into a truck in the southern African mountain kingdom of Lesotho, the Lesotho News Agency reported on Tuesday.

The accident was reported to have taken place Monday evening some 100 km northeast of the capital city of Maseru. Details concerning the number, identity and the destination of the people aboard are not yet known.

Most of rural Lesotho is mountainous and difficult to access.
