Hollywood actress Ashley Olsen and way older cycling champion Lance Armstrong are making headlines after they were spotted getting cozy at Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City.

Although it may seem a little hard to believe, a report in the reputable New York Post is claiming that 21-year-old Ashley Olsen and 36-year-old Lance Armstrong spent Monday night at the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel where they arrived with a group of friends, "Ashley drank red wine, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2 a.m," a source was quoted by Page Six as saying.

People magazine also quoted an observer as saying that "Lance was hanging with her, definitely. [Olsen] was very flirtatious, and was sitting on his lap."

Apparently, the unlikely twosome met at least twice this week, People reported, since Armstrong bought a home in New York and is currently in town for the New York Marathon, while Olsen was spotted earlier this week dining with Bob Saget, her on-screen father in "Full House."

The two were spotted in the early hours of Wednesday morning at a restaurant Waverly Inn where Armstrong met Owen Wilson earlier that evening.

Armstrong was linked most recently to fashion designer Tory Burch, who has six children.

"He tried to make Tory happy when they were dating by buying a place here, but she couldn't deal with him not actually living in the same city, so they broke up," a source said.

He also dated singer Sheryl Crow for over two years following his divorce from the mother of his three children in September, 2003.

Ashley broke up with her 30 year-old long-term boyfriend, Scott Sartiano, who was already rather old for her.
