In a post
which appeared on Apple’s website, on the developers of the iPhone product page,
the company has announced that they have decided to put a stop to their non-disclosure
agreement (NDA). The latter does not allow iPhone developers to discuss about
the programming procedure for the gadget.
Apple stated via the posting that they had initially adopted
the measure in order to prevent the company’s inventions form being stolen.
Nevertheless, the post further read that Apple had come to the conclusion that the
NDA had put a lot of pressure on iPhone developers, also deterring others from
offering their input on methods to improve the smartphone, thus possibly
increasing the device’s success.
A new agreement is scheduled to be issued to developers,
which, for already released software, will no longer entail a non-disclosure
clause. Yet to be introduced software will still be covered by NDA until its
launch.
Apple Incorporated, an American multinational corporation that

running on the Mac OS X which converged a 2.5G quad band GSM and EDGE cellular
phone with some features found on handheld devices.
One year later, on July 11, Apple released the iPhone 3G, a
smartphone that supports faster 3G data speeds and also Assisted GPS.
