Where Is Lindsay Lohan? It seems that no one knows for sure,
but according to the media reports, the 21-year-old movie star has checked into
the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment centre in Sundance, Utah.
Cirque Lodge provides alcohol rehab and drug rehab treatment
services at two main facilities: the Lodge and the Studio. According to Cirque Lodge’s website the Lodge is a
private substance abuse mountain retreat while the drug treatment center at the
Studio is located near the base of Mount Timpanogos and the mouth of Provo Canyon.
Quoting an anonymous source "Entertainment
Tonight's" Web site claims Lohan was admitted to the rehab centre on Sunday
and she will follow a 30-days rehabilitation program.
If indeed Lohan checked in rehab this would be her third
stint in rehab, following previous stays at Wonderland and Promises in the Los Angeles area.
We say “indeed” because other sources, like New York Post ,
are reporting that Lindsay arrived at Kennedy Airport
Friday night with her sister, Ali and she is staying at her mother’s
house.

rehab sessions.
After being arrested on May 26 for a DUI incident that
caused her smashing her car in a curb on Sunset Boulevard, Lohan completed a
45-day program at the Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu. She checked out on July 13, wearing
an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet, which apparently failed to keep her sober.
Ten days later, on July 24, Lindsay Lohan was arrested again
on suspicion of drunken driving and driving with a suspended license. Reports
said that police also found a small quantity of cocaine in her pocket.
The police were alerted by the mother of Lohan's former
personal assistant, who claimed that the star was chasing her in an SUV.
When the authorities arrived, they found the two women in a
"heated debate" in the parking lot of Santa Monica's Civic Auditorium at about 1:30
a.m. According to reports, Lohan was taken in by police at around 2:00 a.m. and
released after she posted a $25,000 bail. The starlet’s blood alcohol level was
between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit.
One day after the incident in an e-mail sent to
"Access Hollywood" Lohan claimed she is innocent
"I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I
was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom I appreciate everyone giving me my
privacy," the e-mail read.
It remains to be seen where Lohan is, but ironically the
September issue of Elle magazine which will be on newsstands nationwide August 14
features an interview with the actress, in which Lohan states that she wouldn’t
drive under the influence. The interview was taken just 36 hours before her DUI
arrest over Memorial Day weekend.
Lindsay is due to appear in Santa Monica court on the 24th August over
the drunken driving incident arrest on July 24.
