Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady are expecting a baby together but they’re no longer a couple.

The beautiful actress and the successful football player ended a 3-year-relationship in December 2006 but it doesn’t look like a clear cut as Bridget is reportedly pregnant and Tom is the father.

The star's representative confirmed the pregnancy to US Weekly magazine saying, “Bridget Moynahan is over three months pregnant. Former boyfriend Tom Brady, a Patriots quarterback, is the father.”

“They recently split after a three year relationship. Privacy and consideration is appreciated at this time. No further comments will be made.”

The situation gets even more complicated, as Tom, 29, has been romantically linked to Brazilian-born supermodel Gisele Bundchen, 26. It appears the new couple began dating just before Christmas.

The baby on the way is the first child for both the actress and the athlete. Bridget is three-months pregnant and “healthy and excited,” according to a spokeswoman. There was a time when their relationship seemed to be heading for a nice little marriage, and then Bridget dumped Tom.
