A video of a heavily drugged Anna Nicole Smith, while being pregnant, aired Monday night on Greta Van Susteren's show on FOX News Channel.

The eight-months-old-pregnant Anna Nicole is blabbering nonsense as her lawyer/lover Howard K. Stern asks her: "Is this a mushroom trip?" To her unintelligible protests, he replies "I'm kidding."

Anna Nicole's face is painted like a clown's and she talks to a doll in a baby carriage as if it's real.

Then the clip switches to an outside scene, probably immediately after the first. "This footage is worth money," says Stern. "Aeh?" says Anna. "I said, this footage is worth money!" he insists. "Why? What footage?!" Anna says, talking right into the camera. "This is a camera! [not a footage]" "Exactly!" Howard replies.
