Comedian Andrew R. "Andy" Dick has again problems with the law. He was arrested by Murrieta Police responding to a call at Buffalo Wild Wing after he allegedly walked up to a 17 year old female, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts.

He faces charges of Sexual Battery; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana; Public Intoxication, according to the Murietta city website. Upon the arrest, marijuana and Xanax were found in Andy Dick’s pants pockets and he was deemed extremely intoxicated.

Andrew Dick was just leaving in a truck driven by a friend when police arrived and stopped the vehicle. A curbside lineup was conducted and Andy Dick was indicated by two people as the man urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance, as well as sexually battering the minor female.

The disturbed comedian had many problems regarding his deranged behavior. Andy Dick was arrested for mooning at a McDonalds, for urinating on a sidewalk and a building, and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and hit-and-run driving. He was also removed forcibly at Yuk Yuk's comedy club when he dropped his pants and exposed his genitals to the audience; during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, after repeatedly touching guest Ivanka Trump; and more.
