Amy Winehouse’s Soap Opera Continues

The fact that the British singer Amy Winehouse is in trouble is no longer a secret. But now her story seems to become even more dramatic than ever, as her jailed husband warned her she might be kidnapped at any time.

The singer’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil is currently held at London’s Pentonville Prison, where he is waiting for trial on assault and trial-fixing allegations. Amy Winehouse herself was arrested in relation to her husband’s case, but she was bailed until March, when she should return to an east London police station.

Recently, Winehouse was also informed that she would not be allowed any more to see her husband, after the latter allegedly tested positive for drugs while in prison. From now on, the troubled singer will only be able to see her husband from behind a glass.

But to return to the kidnap threat… Black Fielder-Civil, 25 years old, sent Amy a letter begging her to be extra careful in order to stay safe, because she is in great danger.

“Blake is living in fear for Amy's and his own life. At first he thought the guys in jail with him were just trying their luck, but the threats have gotten more and more serious. [...] They have ordered Blake to pay the £100,000 into a secret bank account within the next few days or else Amy will be snatched and harmed. […] Blake knows it would be easy for someone to bundle Amy into a car, he is worried sick,” an unnamed source said.

So, what should Amy do? Pay the £100,000 ransom into the secret bank account or run far, far away from it all?

The singer was invited to spend Christmas day with Bryan Adams and Mick Jagger in Adams’ Caribbean villa, but she seems she wasn’t too interested in paying the visit. Maybe that if she had accepted the invitation, those evil gangsters would have missed her. Now, Amy is really in trouble and all by herself! “Yes, yes, yes…”
