In a short press statement, Amy Winehouse spokesperson has
confirmed that the Britsh singer has been rushed to a hospital in London, after she fainted
in front of her dad.
Her publicist Tracey Miller said that Amy Winehouse recovered
quickly, but her father decided to take her to the hospital.
According to the various media reports, Amy Winehouse will
be held overnight at the hospital and she will undergo several tests.
Last Friday, Amy Winhouse played an exclusive gig at the
gallery for contemporary art and culture in Moscow, “The Center for Contemporary Culture
Moscow” (CCC Moscow), which is backed by Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich.
Amy Winehouse has been added to the line-up for Nelson
Mandela's birthday concert which takes place in Hyde Park
on June 27 to mark the former South African President's 90th birthday.

Paul Rodgers, Annie Lennox, Simple Minds, Leona Lewis, Sugababes, Dame Shirley
Bassey and Razorlight will all be performing whilst Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey
and Robert De Niro are also expected to attend.
Last month, Amy Winehouse, who already won six Grammies earlier
this year, won an Ivor Award for “Love Is A losing Game” in the “Best Song
Musically & Lyrically” category. It’s Amy Winhouse’s third Ivor win having
picked up an award last year for “Rehab” and in 2004 for “Stronger Than Me”
