Have you ever wondered what your reaction would be if you found an alligator in your kitchen? I guess not and I guess Sandra Frosti of Oldsmar did not either.

The 69-year-old woman could not believe her eyes when she saw the gator’s head on her kitchen floor at about 10:30 p.m. on Monday, the Associated Press reported. She immediately called 911 and then got out of the house until help arrived at her residence in Eastlake Woodlands area.

Minutes later the situation was under control. A trapper with Animal Capture of Florida came to the scene and removed the alligator from the kitchen. According to the investigators, the eight-foot alligator apparently pushed through the screen on Frosti’s back porch, went inside the house, through an open sliding glass door, and made its way through the living room and into the kitchen.

They also added that the gator was slightly hurt when a plate fell on it as they were working on trapping it.

Fortunately, the whole story ended with no other injuries and the woman got her house back.
