After the Golden Globes reached their end on Sunday, the Beverly Hilton Hotel became the place for the after party. Actors full of joy for their awards together with the ones disappointed for not getting anything quickly forgot about these when it came to partying.
Leonardo DiCaprio and Kevin Connolly from the InStyle/Warner Bros. soiree came early inside the Oasis Court after the show ended. The two brought their mothers while Marisa Tomei and Amy Adams began chatting enthusiastically. Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon congratulated a statue-wielding Sally Hawkins.
The Stardust Room offered the guests mashed potatoes without alcohol, served in martini glasses. Yet, there was enough Chivas to celebrate with, as the cast of the “Mad Men” did.
Colin Farrell and Tina Fey celebrated for their awards on the rooftop at the NBC Universal event. The rooftop was decorated with black chandeliers, white tulips and lilies as Hollywood legend Gloria Swanson’s jewelry was displayed all over the place, among other such beautiful decorations.
At the Fox Searchlight at Craft in Century City, it all came about gold. There, the winners from “Slumdog Millionaire” joined Bruce Springsteen and Mickey Rourke, who were also winners with “The Wrestler.”
Yet, at Hilton was the best part of the after party, where not even all the famous people reached to get into the HBO bash. Jenna Fischer, Oscar Nunez and Angela Kisney from “The Office” forgot about the fact that they lost the award which went to “30 Rock” and had some fun time during Justin Timberlake’s “Sexy Back,” dance.
