One of Victoria’s Secret supermodels Brazilian-born Adriana Lima is a married woman as of February 14 when she and NBA star Marko Jaric eloped in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was a small, private civil ceremony.

“We are so excited about our future together,” Lima told People. “And we are really looking forward to a big romantic wedding this summer with all of our friends and family.”

The couple, who got engaged on Lima’s birthday last June after dating since 2006, hopes to hold a more elaborate ceremony around the same time this year, either in Brazil or Serbia, where Jaric was born.

In a message posted on her MySpace page, the model confirmed the big news and offered more details about the event, also addressing rumors she might be pregnant.

“I like to keep my life personal but I did become married on Valentine Day to the love of my life. I am SO happy inside and I want to spread my love!” she said.

“The marriage was very small and not most friends and family could attend because it was a quick decision. Luckily, we will be having another wedding this summer that will be a bigger event!

“We have not decided where it will be because my family is in Brasil and Marko is from Serbia. It will be great no matter where! And finally, there are rumors of me pregnant. I just cannot say.. YET!,” she added.

Lima, who walked the catwalks of some of the world's most renowned designers, such as Vera Wang, Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro, Giorgio Armani, Fendi, Ralph Lauren and Valentino, is known for her statements regarding her beliefs in no sex before marriage, “I’m not very experienced. Sex is just for after marriage.”

As for Jaric, the NBA star who currently plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, admitted last year that he does not fall in love easily, and that he is hard as far as love is concerned.
