A Hollywood Walk of Fame Star for Michelle Pfeiffer

The three-time Academy Award-nominated actress Michelle Pfeiffer has been inducted on Monday into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, after an acting career that spans more than 25 years.

Although receiving the famous star has not taken so long for some actors, such as Matt Damon for example, at her almost 50 years Michelle Pfeiffer is a complete actress. It was more than 25 years ago when the beautiful American actress had broken onto the Hollywood scene in “The Hollywood Knights”. Soon other famous movies followed “The Hollywood Knights”, as Michelle Pfeiffer starred in “Scarface”, alongside Al Pacino, “Ladyhawke”, “Frankie and Johnny”, once again alongside Al Pacino, “Batman Returns”, “The Age of Innocence”, “Wolf”, alongside Jack Nicholson, “Dangerous Minds”, which was a real hit that brought her the British Academy Award.

However, Michelle Pfeiffer’s 1989 movie “The Fabulous Baker Boys” is still believed to be the highlight of her long acting career, although it was followed by other important movies such as “What Lies Beneath”, “I Am Sam”, where Pfeiffer appeared alongside Sean Penn.

Although that seems to be long time ago, Michelle Pfeiffer has remained the same open-faced, deep-eyed actress. She hasn’t even showed her age when receiving her star from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And she has also been so kind and has thanked her parents for accepting and supporting her decision of becoming an actress. She has been very gracious and she has smiled a lot, while saying thanking for the honor.

Michelle Pfeiffer is currently on the screen in “Hairspray” and she will soon be seen in “Stardust”, a fairy tale movie that is to be released on  August 10, and in “I Could Never Be Your Woman”, an upcoming romantic comedy.
