911 Call Contributed to Lindsay Lohan’s Arrest

The police have released on Thursday an audiotape on which a woman can be heard desperately screaming that she is being followed by a car through Santa Monica. This happens all the time and there are plenty of such tapes voicing people’s desperate calling to 911, but this tape is something special, as the police has said it contributed to the DUI arrest of actress Lindsay Lohan from Tuesday.

As it has now appeared, the woman who called 911 is the mother of the former assistant of Lindsay Lohan. The assistant had just quit the actress, when Lohan seems to have been racing after the mother. What was her reason? The police haven’t yet mentioned.

However, the actress’ former assistant’s mother apparently wasn’t aware that it was actress Lindsay Lohan the one who was madly driving the GMC SUV. The woman did not find out that fact till the police eventually arrested the 21-year-old on suspicion of drunk driving and also cocaine possession.

Lindsay Lohan’s former assistant’s mother called the police dispatcher on Tuesday at 1:34 a.m., as she was near Santa Monica’s 7th Street and Wilshire Boulevard. She woman talked (and screamed) to the dispatcher for about three minutes and she described her movements through the city’s downtown, although the 911 dispatcher had been repeatedly asking her where she was going.

The woman was driving a black Cadillac Escalade and she finally managed to drive it directly into the Civic Auditorium parking lot, which is about a block from a police station. Lindsay Lohan’s GMC SUV Yukon sport utility vehicle followed her till there, but the actress was eventually arrested by the police, who came very soon in the parking lot.

This has not been the first time Lohan has got into such problems. He has been arrested in May too on the same suspicion of drunk driving and she has also been twice in the rehab this year. However, the actress’ attorney has said that his client suffered a relapse.
