Actor Sam Shepard Charged With Drunk Driving In Illinois



Famous actor, playwright and director of both stage and screen, Sam Shepard, was pulled over by police in Normal, Illinois at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and was charged with DUI and speeding. According to police Lt. Mark Kotte, Shepard joined the growing list of celebrity DUIs when he failed a sobriety test after he was stopped for driving 46 mph in a residential zone with a posted speed limit of 30 mph.
