A recent study conducted and presented by the researchers of
the department of epidemiology from Copenhagen’s Statens Serum Institut, shows
that there is a connection between the exposure to burning incense and airway
cancers. The study was led by Dr. Jeppe T. Friborg and demanded a long term
involvement from the entire research team.
"This association is consistent with a large number of

Researchers reported Monday they had discovered a direct
link between heavy incense use and various respiratory cancers. The findings
will be published in the October 1st medical journal Cancer, a journal of the American Cancer Society. Researchers from

Earlier this year, the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said the U.S. was facing the biggest measles outbreak in seven years. The Bush administration proposed on Thursday a much
controversial regulation that would protect health professionals who object to
abortion from being constrained to provide such services, which could violate
their religious and moral beliefs.
The regulation, which would cost over $44 million to go into
effect, would request federal funding from employers or institutions that

The Orange County Health Care Agency announced yesterday that
a 72-year-old woman is the West Nile virus’ first victim for 2008 in
California. Several tests proved that the woman died due to complications
linked to the virus. Unfortunately, she developed West Nile’s neurological disease
