Grammy Award nominated singer Timothy Wright, whose
illustrious career earned him the moniker "godfather of gospel, " is
in critical condition after being injured in a car crash late Friday in
Pennsylvania.
Wife Betty Wright, 58, died in the accident, police said.
Grandson D.J. Wright, 14, died Saturday evening, a nursing supervisor at Geisinger
Medical Center in Danville said Sunday, according to Newsday.

Rock icon Bruce Springsteen is paying tribute to a New
Jersey boardwalk fortuneteller he made famous in a
song decades ago.
Madam Marie Castello used to tell passers-by’s fortunes on
the Asbury Park Boardwalk in New Jersey
but she will do this no longer, as she passed away recently. She was 93.
Bruce Springsteen posted an emotional message on his
official website, remembering the iconic boardwalk presence with fondness.
