The advertising deal between Yahoo and Google had to be put on hold until the Justice Department completes the investigation regarding an allegedly antitrust aspect of the deal. The delay should take no longer than a month, although an exact date has not been confirmed. Both companies involved have agreed to continue discussions with the Department of Justice.
"The companies have agreed to a brief delay in implementing this
agreement to continue our ongoing discussions with the Department of

After it was discovered that train engineer Robert Sanchez, who was
driving a Metrolink train that crashed into a Union Pacific train head

Amazon has been trying hard to keep the secret about its next-generation Kindle, but it wasn’t long before the rumors started to appear, and now, just a few months later, photos of the new device are all over the Internet. Kindle 2, unlike the previous model, has a plus on the design part, and a relatively new shape, however, it appears that Amazon is not trying to impress its customers with looks this time either. The same old colors, the same old big border, a new keyboard layout, and there’s just little comparison with Sony’s PRS-700. According to the Boy Genius Report, who came up with...

Apple officials repeatedly denied the report. “It’s not
true. There is no truth to the rumor,”company spokeswoman Katie Cotton said.
However, it was the first time since May 2008 that Apple’s
share felt under $100 mark. Later...

Sony unveiled during a press event in New York City on Thursday its third generation Reader Digital Book. Its distinctive features such as a built-in light and a touch-sensitive display make the essential difference between Sony’s new device and Amazon.com Inc.'s competing Kindle reader. The PRS-700 will cost about $400 and joins the PR-505 as another member of the e-ready family. One of the things Sony relied on the fact that people reluctant towards reading eBooks are likely to fall for their device when actually exposed to it. The incredible thing is that Sony's trained 1,000 people that...
