The Golden Gate Bridge,

Tropical Storm Nana, the 14 named storm of the 2008 Atlantic
Hurricane Season, formed on Sunday in the Atlantic Ocean, to the east of the Caribbean islands, warns the U.S. National Hurricane
Center.
According to the warning, the storm is not likely to last
for a significant amount of time. Neither is it likely to hit the Caribbean
islands or the U.S.
mainland at it has curved to the west-northwest into open water, traveling at 7
mph.

About 2,500 residents of four Butler County communities in western Pennsylvania were evacuated from their homes on Saturday night following a dangerous leak of a corrosive material at the Indspec Chemical Corp. plant in Petrolia. The plant is about 64 kilometers northeast of Pittsburgh. The leak involved a material called oleum, which is similar to sulfuric acid. The plant uses the chemical during its production process for its ability to absorb water. killed three people in Johannesburg, South
