Lenny Kravitz denied adultery accusations after rumors that he and Alex Rodriguez' wife Cynthia are having an affair. Several entertainment sites have claimed that they are together in Paris.

There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself. This is unequivocally 100 percent not true. Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex's trainer, his wife and their baby girl," Lenny Kravitz said in a statement.

"She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer," Lenny Kravitz said.

The New York Daily News claims that A-Rod and Cynthia have split, citing an anonymous source. They allege that the couple ran through a rough patch over the last three months, following the birth of their second daughter. There were also rumors that Alex Rodriguez was spotted at Madonna's late at night, which triggered speculation that the two are having an affair.

"They're just friends," Madonna's spokeswoman claims. Friends like bed friends or like coffee friends? Liz Rosenberg  explained that Madonna and Rodriguez have the same manager, that the pop star took her children to a Yankees game last week and that there is “really not anything to comment on beyond that.”

Last December, New York Yankees officials announced the signing of a new 10-year contract with Alex Rodriguez. This came as a surprise after A-Rod opted out of the three-year remaining contract with the New York team. While the Yankees declared that they did not wish to extend their collaboration with Rodriguez as a free agent, the new surprising deal is worth $275 million, with a rumored incentive package that would raise its value to over $305 million.
