Britney Gets Overnight Visitation Privileges With Her Sons
Pop singer Britney Spears, who has gone through a remarkable makeover over the past months, a far cry from her disgraceful public appearances last year, has been granted overnight visitation privileges with her two young boys once more, reports People magazine.

Things are changing for the better for the 26-year-old mother of two, who has not had her boys overnight since the January incident when she was taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and hospitalized by force.

Both Spears and her former husband Kevin Federline attended a closed-door hearing Tuesday, as did Spears’s parenting coach, as confirmed by L.A. Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini.

Parachini said the pop singer’s appearance before the court was “businesslike” and confirmed that the parenting coach made statements before the judge.

Further details of the way the hearing concluded were not revealed. People confirms though from an unnamed source that as a result of yesterday’s hearing Spears will be allowed to have toddler sons Sean Preston and Jayden James with her overnight.

The little boys have been in the sole custody of their father ever since the January episode.

Her father, Jaime Spears, has been co-conservator of her estate since early February and seems to have had a positive influence on her life. In early May, a child-custody hearing concluded happily for the singer as she was allowed more time with her children, apparently a unanimous agreement among Spears, her parents, her ex-husband and the former spouses’ lawyers.

Their next child-custody hearing is set for July 15.

It was perhaps another proof of improvement that Spears’ previous lawyer Laura Wasser was in court with the singer Tuesday. Wasser, who represented Spears in the early stages of her child custody feud with Federline, went her separate way when the singer became erratic last year.

The overnight visits were first reported by TMZ.com.
